Terms and Conditions of EVERJOY CLUB Programme on hutchgo:

  1. Earning of EVERJOY Points:
    • 1.1. Newly registered EVERJOY members / Customers who have successfully converted from hutchgo’s previous membership programme to EVERJOY CLUB at Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo) "Online Platform" and "Offline Booking Channel" ("hutchgo Platform") for booking flight tickets, hotels, travel packages and related travel products (including travel insurance, Pocket Wifi, Airport Express train tickets, etc., excluding charges for changes or cancellations of an order) ("Travel Products"), could earn EVERJOY Points with your registered EVERJOY membership account.
    • 1.1.i. hutchgo Online Platforms: Only available on the a. hutchgo website (hutchgo.com.hk) and b. hutchgo mobile Application.
      - EVERJOY members who book travel products through the "Online Platforms" must log in to a valid EVERJOY membership account before checkout and click button "Earn EVERJOY Points" to earn points. All confirmed online bookings checked out without logging into an EVERJOY membership account will not be eligible to earn EVERJOY Points afterwards. Please note that EVERJOY CLUB is not applicable to orders submitted through hutchgo mall website.
    • 1.1.ii. hutchgo Offline Booking Channel: Only available for Travel Prodcut bookings made through c. Calling hutchgo Booking Hotline (+852) 3192 0900 and d. Sending emails to (leisurehk@hutchisontravel.com) with hutchgo Travel Consultants.
      - EVERJOY members who book travel products through the "Offline Booking Channel" and wish to earn EVERJOY Points must share their registered EVERJOY membership email address with hutchgo Travel Consultants in written format at the time of booking or before the journey is completed ("Earn Point Period"). If the relevant member’s email address is not provided within the applicable Earn Point Period, the request to earn EVERJOY Points for that booking will not be allowed afterwards.
    • 1.2. After successful registration, Reward Points will be awarded at the rate of 1 EVERJOY Point for every HK$1 spent on hutchgo platforms, after deducting hutchgo e-Coupon / e-voucher and applicable handling fee.
    • 1.3. If the booking contains hutchgo e-Coupon / e-voucher, the rewarded EVERJOY points will not include the value of the relevant coupon code, nor the handling fees that charged by hutchgo Travel Consultants for the bookings made through Offline Booking Channel.
    • 1.4. Designated EVERJOY points will be credited to the eligible EVERJOY member account within 30 days after the journey is completed.
    • 1.5. EVERJOY members can check the points transaction records through "EVERJOY Points Summary" on the hutchgo membership page. Only the transaction records within the last 3 months will be recorded for each member account.
    • 1.6. If there is a cancellation or refund arrangement, the EVERJOY points earned for the booking will not be released to the relevant EVERJOY member account.
    • 1.7. Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo) and EVERJOY participating merchants reserve the right to change the offer of EVERJOY CLUB at any time without prior notice.   2. Redemption of EVERJOY Points:
    • 2.1. The offer is only applicable to registered EVERJOY members who wish to use their required EVERJOY Points to offset, settle, or redeem Travel Products through the hutchgo Online Platforms.
    • 2.2. EVERJOY members must ensure that sufficient EVERJOY points are available for offsetting or settlement of the transaction amount, otherwise such redemption transaction will fail for which hutchgo will not be liable.
    • 2.3. The redeeming rate is 100 EVERJOY Points to HK$1.00 cash discount when making a purchase. Each redemption needs to be a multiple of HK$1.00 for cash discount, respectively.
    • 2.4. EVERJOY members can check the points transaction records through "EVERJOY Points Summary" on the hutchgo membership page. Only the transaction records within the last 3 months will be recorded for each member account.
    • 2.5. If there is a refund arrangement, the EVERJOY Points used to offset the order amount will be refunded to the EVERJOY membership account used for the transaction, based on the amount after deducting airlines, hotels, and hutchgo service fees, within 30 working days after the refund process is completed. Additionally, the EVERJOY Points earned from that transaction will not be credited to the relevant EVERJOY member account due to the refund request.
    • 2.6. Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo) and EVERJOY participating merchants are not liable for any losses caused by the loss of EVERJOY membership account.
  3. Welcome Offer:
    • 3.1. The offer is applicable to newly registered members of EVERJOY, and is only available to
      a. New members who register and sign up with a new email address ("New EVERJOY members") and
      b. Onboarding from an previous hutchgo member account (limited to hutchgo member accounts opened on or before 5 November 2024) to a new user of the EVERJOY CLUB ("hutchgo Old Member").
    • 3.2. Each eligible EVERJOY member can enjoy the following designated welcome offer once with a verified email address:
      ． EVERJOY new members - New Member Welcome Offer: Each eligible email address can enjoy a one-time welcome offer of HK$288, including
      a. HK$88 e-Travel Voucher of hutchgo and b. a HK$200 e-Voucher of "health.ESDlife".
      ． hutchgo Old Member - Old Member Welcome Offer: Each eligible email address can enjoy a one-time welcome offer of HK$300, including
      a. a HK$100 e-Travel Voucher of hutchgo and b. a $200 PARKnSHOP e-voucher given by "health.ESDlife".
    • 3.3. The above welcome offer will be sent via email to the registered member email address within 1 working day after the eligible EVERJOY member completes the registration.
    • 3.4. The above welcome offers are subject to individual terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the information in the "Welcome Email".

    • 3.6. Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo) and EVERJOY participating merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the "Welcome Offer" without prior notice.
  4. EVER-BIRTHDAY Offer - Enjoy extra 1.1x Points:
    • 4.1. The offer is only applicable to EVERJOY members.
    • 4.2. To enjoy the offer, EVERJOY members who make travel purchases via the hutchgo Online Platform with a logged-in account, or provide the relevant member email address to the hutchgo Travel Consultants within their birth month, can earn an extra 1.1x EVERJOY Points. The information regarding a member's birth month will be based on the date of their initial EVERJOY membership account registration.
    • 4.3. To enjoy the extra points from the birthday offer, EVERJOY members must log in to a valid EVERJOY member account before checkout at hutchgo online platform and select the button of "Earn EVERJOY Points" for each order. Any confirmed online bookings checked out without selecting the option to earn EVERJOY Points will not be eligible for the extra points from the birthday offer afterwards.
    • 4.4. All EVERJOY points earned on the hutchgo platform, including the extra points earned in the EVERJOY member’s birthday month, will be credited to the eligible EVERJOY member account within 30 days after the journey is completed.
    • 4.5. EVERJOY members can check the points transaction records through "EVERJOY Points Summary" on the hutchgo membership page. Only the transaction records within the last 3 months will be recorded for each member account.
    • 4.6. Each EVERJOY member can enjoy up to a maximum of 5,000 extra EVERJOY points per year with the EVER-BIRTHDAY Offer.
    • 4.7. If the details of member's birth month need to be updated, EVERJOY member must provide a valid identity document, such as a copy of Hong Kong Identity Cardscopy or HKSAR Passport, and send the request by email to (cs@hutchgo.com) to contact hutchgo Customer Service Specialists . Please note that the birth month details for each EVERJOY member account could only be updated once only. Related update will be synchronized across to all joint merchants' platform of EVERJOY CLUB.
    • 4.8. If there is a cancellation or refund arrangement, the EVERJOY points and extra points rewarded from birthday offer will not be credited to the relevant EVERJOY member account.
    • 4.9. For details and Terms and Conditions of EVER-BIRTHDAY Offer of individual merchants of EVERJOY CLUB, please refer to their official website.
    • 4.10. Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo) and EVERJOY participating merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the "Birthday Offer" without prior notice.
  5. General Terms and Conditions:
    • 5.1. Unless otherwise specified, EVERJOY points are valid for each year until 31 December of the following year ("Expiry Date"), meaning that EVERJOY points earned from 5 November 2024 will expire at 23:59 on 31 December 2025 (Hong Kong Time). EVERJOY members must redeem their EVERJOY points on platforms of Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo) and EVERJOY participating merchants on or before the Expiry Date. All overdue points will automatically expire.
    • 5.2. Earning and redeeming EVERJOY Points are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the EVERJOY CLUB. Please refer to the EVERJOY CLUB website www.everjoyclub.com for details.
    • 5.3. The offer can only be used through the designated platform and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or exchanged for other products.
    • 5.4. Unless otherwise specified, EVERJOY members may choose to earn or use EVERJOY points or other reward programs when booking travel products on the hutchgo platforms.
    • 5.5. Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo) and EVERJOY CLUB reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the content, terms and conditions of the Offers at any time without further notice. hutchgo and EVERJOY CLUB will have the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
