hutchgo e-Coupon/e-Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. The hutchgo.com or hutchgo.com | mall e-Coupon/e-Voucher is only applicable for purchase at hutchgo website (www.hutchgo.com.hk), and/or hutchgo mall website (mall.hutchgo.com/hk/), and hutchgo mobile application only (depends on different e-voucher codes/e-coupon codes).

  2. Each hutchgo.com or hutchgo.com | mall e-Coupon/e-Voucher has a designated promotion period, for details, please refer to the terms and conditions of related promotion.

  3. The hutchgo.com or hutchgo.com | mall e-Coupon/e-Voucher is not applicable for any applicable taxes, cost of levy, fuel surcharges, travel insurance, hutchgo administrative fee and delivery fee.

  4. The hutchgo.com or hutchgo.com | mall e-Coupon/e-Voucher is for one-time redemption. The total value of an eCoupon will be deducted in full when used. Any unused balance will be forfeited.

  5. Only one hutchgo.com or hutchgo.com | mall e-Coupon/e-Voucher can be used for each transaction, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither.

  6. The hutchgo.com or hutchgo.com | mall e-Coupon/e-Voucher needs to be keyed in at time of payment whereas no e-Coupon/e-Voucher can be used once reservation is confirmed. For enquiries, please email to cs@hutchgo.com.

  7. The hutchgo.com or hutchgo.com | mall e-Coupon/e-Voucher cannot be used for air ticket price paid directly to the airline supplier, hotel booking settled at the hotel front desk and on request hotel reservation or on request package reservation.

  8. You must not store the e-Coupon/e-Voucher in a data retrieval system outside of this website; or reproduce, copy, change or publish the e-Coupon/e-Voucher in any form or by any means; or misuse e-Coupon/e-Voucher. Any of the foregoing acts is a violation of the terms and conditions of e-Coupon/e-Voucher, which may result in the rejection or cancellation of the relevant e-Coupon/e-Voucher. All consequences, losses and/or damages shall be borne by you, hutchgo.com will not be responsible or bear any legal responsibility.

  9. Any unused services, refund is not applicable and not valid for exchange of other services. Any expired or invalid eCoupons will not be re-issued.

  10. If the flight ticket or hotel bookings redeemed by the e-coupon Code fails to depart or stay due to any force majeure factors (such as flight cancellation, rescheduling, failure to leave the country or compulsory quarantine caused by the pandemic), hutchgo.com is not responsible for any loss and will not make any refund or compensation of the e-Coupon Code used.

  11. Refund amount will not include the e-Coupon/e-Voucher value, if refund is made.

  12. There is a hutchgo.com administration fee upon any cancellation and amendment on the eligible bookings. In any case, hutchgo.com administrative fees will not be held or waived.

  13. hutchgo.com reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of eCoupon use without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
